This a great show that is now showing on basic cable. It was originally on Showtime, I believe. I love it. Anyone else watching...

Hi, my girlfriend got the whole first season on dvd, and I thought...great, a serial killer show (sarcastically).....another bad Law & Order. But, I gave
it a chance. It is not a bad show at all. Dexter, who you expect to be a creepy psycho, is really a very likeable character. The writing is good also. Almost a
little artsy. I would definitely watch it again, and am looking foward to the next season. --Rob

it was better on showtime - the nudity was called for and the extra gore and violence drove the stake home. It's sorta neutered now....
